A photographer who knows the Crestview market.
Crestview is our backyard. The Shot In Focus studio sits on Ferdon Boulevard right here in Crestview, and the real estate division has shot more listings in this city than anywhere else in our service area — 240+ since 2020. We know the neighborhoods, the lot sizes, the airspace quirks around Duke Field, and which subdivisions photograph best at which times of day.
Crestview's market is different from the coastal cities — affordable median price points, larger lots, family-oriented neighborhoods, and significant military relocation traffic out of Duke Field. The photography here favors honest, livable framing. Drone is a bigger deal in Crestview than people realize: the larger lots mean buyers want to see what they're getting, and an aerial property-line shot consistently helps move listings.
Baker and the surrounding area
Baker, ten minutes north of Crestview, is rural Okaloosa territory — larger acreage, horse properties, hunting land. The photography here leans heavier on drone work to establish property scale, and many of our Baker shoots are drone-only ($150) for vacant land or pre-construction lots.
Why we love this market
Zero travel time. The studio is here. We can fit a Crestview listing into a half-day with two other Niceville or FWB shoots without breaking the route.
Repeat agents drive most of our Crestview volume. About two-thirds of our Crestview shoots are repeat agents — many of whom have been booking us since 2020 or 2021.
Duke Field airspace is manageable. Northern parts of Crestview brush against Duke Field's airspace, but most of the city is fully drone-permitted with standard FAA Part 107 operations.
