A photographer who knows the Santa Rosa Beach market.
The Walton County coastline — Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, and the 30A corridor — is the most photographically demanding market we serve. Prices routinely break $1M; some neighborhoods regularly trade above $5M. At those numbers, agents have already decided that mediocre photography costs them clients. The question becomes which photographer they trust.
Since 2020 we've shot more than 120 listings in this corridor. Our 30A work tends to be the work most likely to win us a new agent — partly because the listings are visually compelling, and partly because the agent community here talks among themselves.
What this market demands
Architectural photography sensibility. 30A homes are designed by architects, decorated by designers, and listed by agents who care about both. Photography needs to honor the architecture — clean verticals, careful framing, attention to light and reflection.
Drone is non-negotiable. A gulf-front 30A listing without an aerial cover shot is a marketing miss. We're FAA Part 107 certified and the Walton coast is, with rare exceptions, fully flyable.
Twilight and staging add-ons earn their keep. On a $2M listing, $45 for virtual twilight on the cover image is a rounding error — and it materially improves time-on-market.
Vacation rental shoot lists. Many 30A listings double as rentals. Capacity shots, view shots, amenity coverage — we know the drill.
